I've been considering growing Parrotia in my nursery, but I am unsure of how much winter, and summer, this plant can withstand. My nursery is in southern Ontario, near London, U.S. zone 5b. Fairly intense hot summers. winters we almost always have excellent snow protection. I was going to get #1 gallon liners from the west coast.
What thinks you?
